Gail Shannon will be presenting Color, Design and Composition to Create Dynamic Quilts on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at PAQA March Meeting.
Oh, what fun to review this essential topic with quilts that will demonstrate how to use colors, good and bad, what works, and what does not, design with all motion and flow, and composition to show your intent and message of YOUR quilt.
Many quilters have a fear and uncertainty of picking out fabrics, using the ‘right’ colors, designing their quilt, or giving out the message you are trying to convey with your art piece.
Gail will review all of these components with demonstration and her quilts to give you ideas, ponder thoughts, and encourage you to be more ‘daring’ your work.
