DESCRIPTION:\nTickets are still available\, but pre-order of the printed bo
 ok is not.  You can purchase at the event for $20.\nEVENT DETAILS:\nThis 
 all day event includes 3 technique-driven lectures/demos by Ricky Tims\, a
  box lunch\, a meet and greet with Ricky\, water\, snacks\, and a  downlo
 adable PDF of the lecture notes.  A printed\, full-color 66 page spiral b
 ound booklet of all the notes for all 3 lectures is available for an addit
 ional $20 (choose the ticket labeled w/Printed Booklet if you would like t
 o pre-order one.)  The booklet will be available for pickup when you arri
 ve.  A limited number of printed booklets will be available for purchase

 64" align="alignnone" width="255"] Locomotion[/caption]\n\n 	LECTURE/DEMO 
 #1 - LOCOMOTION - Break free from blocks and sewing straight seams. Find f
 reedom in curved piecing and learn a precision technique without using qua
 rter-inch seams. Learn the process to create original\, curve-pieced artfu
 l quilts that are innovative and aesthetically pleasing. Not only will you
  learn to design using pieced curves\, you’ll learn Ricky‘s easy\, no-
 pins technique to accurately reproduce your design in fabric. As a bonus\,
  you will explore ways to create transparency in your quilt design. See ph

 \n\n\n 	LECTURE/DEMO #2 - RHAPSODY - You will learn how to make a beautifu
 l appliqué quilt without making typical square blocks. Ricky’s Rhapsody
  quilt method will teach the complete design process as well as the techni
 ques used in making these quilts. These quilts look challenging\, but in t
 ruth\, are easier than most traditional quilts. Although Ricky will teach 
 his method using a machine\, this also can be done by hand. See photo of q

 	LECTURE/DEMO #3 - KOOL KALEIDOSCOPE AND GRIDIFIED ART QUILTS - Ricky‘s 
 Kool Kaleidoscope method is an amazingly simple and straightforward way to
  use strip sets to generate a dynamic kaleidoscope result. Gridified art q
 uilts are made from traditional patchwork units combined with theme blocks
 . Both processes are accessible and rewarding to quilters of all levels of
  expertise.  See photos of quilt examples on PAQA website under classes/
